The all new front bumper from Milltek Design for the Ineos Grenadier.
Design, tested, manufactured and produced at Milltek in the UK.
The bumper not only offers an enhanced look to your vehicle but also provides better protection to the more vulnerable elements of the vehicle. This combined with an improved approach angle makes the Ineos Grenadier even more capable.
The main body of the bumper is formed and TIG welded from 3mm aluminium, this base unit can be powder-coated in a selection of colours or painted in your chosen colour to match your vehicle.
Black ABS composite inserts are used throughout the bumper, combined with laser cut meshes, finished in cerakote Satin black.
To add increased protection for the bumper and predestrians, the bumper end caps are manufactured from textured black flexible polyurethane, featuring upgraded yellow LED marker lights which are a direct plug and play fitment.
As part of the new design, the parking sensors are relocated. Therefore included in the kit are wiring harness extensions, helping to route the harness effectively.
In order to close off and complete the new bumper, uprated aluminium front lower wheel arches are included. These are coated in an extremely durable textured black polyurethane, providing enhanced protection to the vulnerable outboard coolers positioned in outmost parts of the bumper.
All fixings provided with the kit are stainless steel and passivated black stainless where visible.
Key notes
- Reuses a portion of original bumper fixings.
- Compatible with standard grill or Milltek Design grille. The OE inner Grille mesh needs to be removed completely, or trimmed at the lower corners.
- OE Grille and light surrounds need to be removed along with the front wheel arches for fitment
- Parking sensor wiring harness + Sensors Need to be removed from OE Bumper and relocated onto the new bumper.
- Clearance for tyre diameters up to 800mm. Any tyre larger than this will potentially foul with newly supplied front inner arches, when at full steering lock.
- The centre insert is designed to be removeable to accommodate the Milltek winch mount (coming soon)

*This bumper is designed for UK and European specification (ECE) Ineos Grenadier and Quartermaster models without the factory-fit OE winch.
