It does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Stocked UK orders are normally delivered within five working days. Some exhaust systems and components are manufactured or supplied to order and may take longer; where this applies, the estimated lead time will be shown or confirmed after ordering. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will contact you so that you can accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund. Delivery estimates may be affected by manufacturer availability, courier delays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. If you are a consumer buying online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Email sales@tsr-performance.com or use our contact page, quoting your order number. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days. You are responsible for the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return. Please obtain suitable proof of postage and insure the shipment, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Installed, used, damaged or incomplete parts may therefore receive a reduced refund where permitted by law. We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any premium delivery upgrade is not refundable. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that they have been sent back. The statutory right to cancel does not normally apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. We will identify any such item before accepting the order. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to business or trade purchases, which are governed by the terms agreed for that order. Please contact us promptly if goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described. We will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
